This week Random Access Radio comes to Sound Check to give you a taste of what we are doing on the live show. Now, this is a short set and the set list usually contains around 25-35 tracks on a Tuesday night in the main show…so, this is a small portion of what you can expect.
Episode #112 is a set of some of the “best” picks from Puddle of Mudd. Check out the tracks and leave a comment.
Integration
When you have one thing that works (Sound Check) and another that is gaining traction (RAR), integration isn’t a bad consideration. My goal here is to show you a few things.
What happens on a “live” broadcast
How this turns itself into a podcast
That you can listen to the show live on Tuesday nights at 8:30 pm EST and get the RAW show.
Get involved in the “Integration” of video, chat, and the live audio stream.
High Quality
Making sure that the music is good is the easy part, broadcasting the show live and making sure the end product is of the best quality possible is the challenge. I have been fortunate that the quality of the music has been very, very good. I have always stood by the thought process that I would rather put a quality show, than a gazillion shows of low or far less than decent quality. If I want to head AM radio…I will turn on the transistor.
Where, When, and What?

This was the best set of tunes. It was the “best ever” green room. The fade in were perfect and it just flowed.
