After wrapping up the 2nd week of 90′s requests, I was kinda bummed out that we couldn’t keep going with another week…only because the requests were great and the amount was over 200+ in the last 2 weeks for this week and last. The 80′s shows were strong, but their are many fans of the 90′s, and it showed.

As you know if you have been following the show, next Wednesday August 5th is going to be “Open Season” here on the show, which means that you can request any songs from 1960 to the present and I’ll put them in a mix. I have a feeling that this show could gather some interest from some new friends at Twitter, and Facebook.

We had some great Twitter requesters this week again and some new people getting in on the show, and that was great to see. Here are the people from Twitter that you should follow, because they are good people and aren’t the followers that will want you to look at their cams or naked pictures online! Here they are —>> Mari Adkins, Uncle Jed, Dizzy, Dee Wells, and 1st time requester, Lisa McGrath. Also, congrats to Lisa on her new internship…good luck!

One of the things that I have seen with this show is that there are many people that didn’t know each other on Twitter and Facebook and no talk online. What a better way to make new “virtual” friends but Sound Check.
